I got infected with the sport when i was 7 years old and had my he-man figures. When my best friends dad, offered me a box of old bodybuilding magazines, i choose to train as soon, as i would turn 15. So when i turned 15 i started slowly doing only pushups and dips, a little bizeps curling and sometimes a bit of benchpress.
Then i would train a little while, then pause for a few months, to start back up, when i felt like it.
When i turned 20 i got interested even more in bodybuilding and started to train very hard. When i saw the results, i thought of what i could do better and decided to do my first diet. i was doing the diet for 1,5 years in a row and the results blasted me away. in the beginning of 2006 i decided to eat normal again and take some time to rest and enjoy working for my career, because i want to make more money an become i financal adviser.
When i am starting my business in march 2007 i will have more time to get back on the track with bodybuilding, because i have my own business and work in the afternoon. so i can do my workouts around noon or in the morning. I think bodybuilding helped me trough a lot of phases in my life. When I felt down, it helped me against depression, when i needed to be strong, it helped me to reach my goals and so on. Bodybuilding keeps you focused and it helps to built your mind in a certain way. You get to know your body very good after the years. And the same energy i am putting into this sport, i am putting in lots of things like my job. it´s all about passion, focus and disziplin.... It´s nothing but a peanut baby....
