| Hi, my name is Desmond and i'm 22 yrs old. i started with weightlifting when i was 14, because i was very very small (i only weight 65kg). with 16 i started to take weightlifting more serious, reading articles and books, talking to more experienced athlets, keeping an eye on my nutrition... During that time I weight around 80kg. with 18 or 19 I started taking supplements, which I think can get you this extra step higher and this is where iIm now at. I just do it for the fun of it, I enjoy the pain durring and after a hard training session and I can't imagined living without this. My goal is to gain another 5- 10kg and on the other hand to get dryier, probably the goal every bodybuilder has, in winter 2005 I was already up on 107kg, but it wasn't the quality mass I liked, due to wrong nutrition.
