I'm Darrell. Just turned 18 years old. I love working out, going to the beach and hanging out with friends. Unlike many people, I actually have a love for bodybuilding. I don't just do it to get girls, although it seemed to help me in that region quite a bit. I've been training for about 2 years on and off now, but only seriously for about 6 months. I've learned that dieting, training hard, and plenty of sleep are the most important aspects of bodybuilding. Eat big, train big, sleep big. I currently train for about 2 hours, 4 times a week. My body split: Day 1- Bi and Tri. Day 2- Chest and Shoulders. Day 3- Back, abs and calves. Day 4- Legs.

I rarely do cardio but as summer comes i plan on doing 30 min sessions 3 - 4 times a week. The supplements I currently take are optimum nutrition 100% Whey gold standard and if im feeling a lil tired before a workout ill go buy some endorush or redline.
